Job summary

Munchi is hiring a Marketing & Growth Specialist to turn it into a brand restaurants know and engage with. You will craft growth campaigns across content, partnerships, and paid media, build a restaurant owner community, and shape our voice across major social platforms.

You will turn customer stories and product launches into compelling content, work with founders to scale from hundreds to thousands of restaurants, and own measurable growth channels with fast iteration cycles.

Qualifications

• Experience turning product, customers, and market signals into scalable campaigns.
• Ability to create multi-channel growth programs across content, partnerships, and paid media.
• Strong writing, briefing, and editing skills for short-form formats.
• Hands-on experience with social platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn).

Responsibilities

• Build a community of restaurant owners and enthusiasts.
• Create and execute growth campaigns across social, content, paid ads, partnerships, and community.
