Base360.ai is seeking a Founding Growth Marketer to drive growth for our AI-based operating system for short-term rental operators. You will own and optimize growth channels, generate qualified leads, and turn interest into demos and paying customers.

You’ll work directly with the founder, experiment rapidly, and build the growth engine from the ground up. You may own a single channel or manage multiple channels—paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, partnerships, lifecycle, funnels—whatever works

Responsibilities

• Own a growth channel end to end or multiple channels. Set strategy, launch campaigns, own results.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings via paid ads, SEO, outbound, referrals and partnerships.
• Understand customers: property managers, their pain points, reasons to switch software.
• Run experiments quickly; test hooks, audiences, funnels, and offers; scale what works.
• Apply AI to research, copy, targeting, content, and automation for edge.
• Build high-converting funnels and landing pages from first impression to paying customer.
• Collaborate with founder on positioning and messaging to clearly differentiate Base360.
