Job summary

Munchi in Helsinki is seeking a Restaurant Sales Specialist to own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement. You will prospect restaurants, talk to owners and operators, run demos, and close new customers.

This role focuses on replacing fragmented tools with a unified platform and offers base salary plus uncapped commission. You will work from our Helsinki HQ, meeting restaurants in person.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to restaurants or hospitality sector.
• Proven ability to build pipeline and close deals.
• Excellent communication with owners and operators.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new restaurant customers
• Build your own pipeline through cold calls, email, visits, events
• Speak with restaurant owners, managers, decision-makers
• Understand restaurant operations and value of Munchi
• Run on-site product demos
• Prepare proposals and negotiate
• Hit activity, meeting, and sales targets
• Test new approaches and improve selling methods
