Job summary

Munchi is expanding its Finland sales team and seeks a Restaurant Sales Specialist to own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement. You will prospect restaurants, speak with owners and operators, run on-site demos, negotiate terms, and close new customers, helping operators replace fragmented tools with Munchi's unified platform.

Based in the Helsinki metropolitan area, you will work closely with our Kallio HQ and travel to meet restaurants in person.

Qualifications

• Fluent Finnish and English are required.
• Experience in B2B or outbound sales is a strong advantage.
• Hospitality or restaurant background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new restaurant customers.
• Build your pipeline through cold calls, email, visits, events and outbound channels.
• Speak with restaurant owners, managers and decision-makers.
• Understand restaurant operations and where Munchi can create value.
• Run on-site product demos.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate terms.
