Job summary

NestAI, a European AI lab building an adaptive operating system for modern battlefield operations, seeks a Group Controller based in Finland to own statutory accounting, tax compliance, and multi-entity consolidation as NestAI expands across Europe. You will lead consolidation processes, ensure local books meet FAS and GAAP, and automate the finance stack using Light Inc.

ERP. This hands-on role spans transfer pricing, AP workflows, and audit readiness, with parallel FP&A and HR tasks managed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting/controlling experience, ideally in high-growth tech or defence/industrial sectors.
• Hands-on multi-entity group consolidation and statutory reporting across jurisdictions.
• Solid knowledge of Finnish Accounting Standards (FAS) and transfer pricing principles.
• Experience as primary interface with external auditors (EY, PWC, Deloitte or KPMG).
• Flawless professional English communication and end-to-end process ownership.

Responsibilities

• Group Consolidation & Reporting across international subsidiaries.
• Statutory Compliance & Transfer Pricing, filing and intercompany processes.
• Accounts Payable Process Ownership within Light Inc. ERP.
• Systems, Automation & Controls to reduce manual workflows and strengthen controls.
• Audit Readiness & Governance as key point of contact for external auditors.
