Job summary

Holiday Club Resorts Oy seeks a Group Financial Controller to lead group-level accounting and reporting to the Indian parent. You will guide subsidiaries in financial processes, consolidate cash flows, manage transfer pricing and tax matters, and ensure IFRS/FAS compliance.

You will report on quarterly and annual results, analyze monthly reporting, and supervise one specialist within the finance team. Proficiency with FPM systems is a plus, and Finnish/English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of international work experience.
• Strong accounting and consolidation skills.
• Experience with group-level reporting and consolidation.
• Knowledge of FAS accounting and IFRS.
• Corporate tax knowledge.
• Experience with FPM systems is a plus.
• Fluency in Finnish and English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee group-level accounting and reporting to the Indian parent.
• Lead consolidation of cash flow statements across entities and transfer pricing and tax matters.
• Ensure IFRS/FAS compliance and monitor changes.
• Coordinate quarterly and annual reporting to the parent; analyze monthly reporting.
• Supervise one specialist and collaborate with the broader finance team.
• Serve as main user of the FPM system and guide subsidiaries in financial processes.
