Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a Global Customer Experience Training Specialist to join the Transformers Business Unit and help shape the future of energy through world-class learning and development.

You will design and execute a global training strategy, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver engaging learning programs that drive business impact across regions and functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in customer experience, marketing and sales, training, or learning and development.
• Knowledge of learning management systems, particularly Cornerstone, as well as digital learning tools.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in developing engaging training content and learning materials.
• Ability to assess training needs, gather and analyze feedback, and support the continuous improvement of learning programs.

Your Profile

The final offer will be based on candidate location, skills and qualifications, experience, and aligned with internal pay structures.
