Job summary

Normet is seeking a Global Product & Process Owner to define, develop and standardize end-to-end Service Supply Chain processes worldwide. You will bridge business and IT, translate requirements into system needs and drive ERP-enabled and automation-ready solutions.

Based primarily in Espoo or Pirkkala, Finland, with potential other Finnish locations. You will lead process standardization, roadmap ownership and transformation across planning, procurement, sourcing, logistics and order management.

• Experience designing ERP-enabled, automation-ready processes.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns the design, standardization and documentation of end-to-end Supply Chain processes (plan, source, deliver, return).
• Translates business needs into clear system/IT requirements and ensures alignment with IT.
• Designs scalable, automation-ready processes and supports automation initiatives.
• Owns the process, systems and capabilities roadmap and prioritizes development backlog based on value.

Leveraging deep Supply Chain expertise, the role identifies process improvement opportunities acts as the bridge between business and IT, translating business needs into system & IT requirements, driving the design and implementation of scalable, system-enabled and increasingly automated solutions.The Global Product & Process Owner owns the Supply Chain process, systems and capabilities roadmap, ensuring global processes and standards are documented, consistently adopted, supported by appropriate system capabilities and continuously enhanced to deliver business value. The role drives process, system and automation improvements that enable growth, operational excellence and digital transformation.Global Product & Process Owner works across planning, procurement, sourcing, logistics and order management, partnering with IT, Business Line and Sales Areas, delivers business-led enhancements and supports implementation of global ways of working. The role is primarily based in Espoo or Pirkkala, Finland.
