Job summary

Wärtsilä seeks a Global Solution Owner for Field Service and Workshops processes, driving standardisation, digitalisation and IT enablement. You will collaborate with Global Process Owners and IT teams to shape solutions across the FSWS domain.

The role focuses on requirements management, demand shaping, and end-to-end process design within SAP S/4HANA Service, with opportunities for innovation and cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Field Services and Workshops.
• Excellent understanding of SAP S/4HANA Service module.
• Ability to work with stakeholders from VP level to technical specialists.
• University degree and background from similar position.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Capture needs and define requirements; own the requirements backlog.
• Lead demand management and prioritize proposals with FSWS stakeholders.
• Ensure end-to-end process design; consider cross-process impacts.
• Ensure data flows, integrations and insights are included in designs.
• Drive process and IT innovation; explore new tech like AI/analytics.
• Work in SAP S/4HANA Service implementation.
• Act as a change leader for solution impact.
