Job summary

CBS Corporate Business Solutions in Espoo, Finland, is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Service Lead / Senior Consultant (m/f/d) to drive service processes for large industrial clients. The role involves process consulting, design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Service solutions, and module ownership in customer service on national and international projects.

You will contribute to presales, deliver workshops, and mentor colleagues while collaborating within a global CBS organization.

Qualifications

• A first-class degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics or a comparable qualification.
• At least four years’ professional experience as an SAP consultant specializing in SAP CS and/or SAP CRM in process and optimization projects.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in Finnish/Swedish and English; German language skills beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Solution-oriented process consulting for large industrial companies, with a focus on the manufacturing sector.
• Concept development, design and implementation of enterprise solutions in the area of SAP S/4HANA Service.
• Taking on module responsibility in the area of customer service within national and international SAP projects.
• Change management & coaching; supporting presales activities and expanding customer relationships.
