Job summary

Hiab, Helsinki-based leader in smart on-road load-handling solutions, seeks a seasoned finance professional to drive group-wide business excellence improvements across the equipment supply chain. You will independently design and lead process development initiatives, partnering with global process owners to deliver robust KPI tracking and tangible efficiency gains.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Economics or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in a global manufacturing/operations environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional, virtual teams without direct reporting lines.
• Strong influencing, networking and relationship-building skills across diverse operations.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities; ability to simplify complex problems.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is an advantage.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency with IT tools: Google Workspace, MS Office, SAP; OneStream is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define, harmonise, and develop global management accounting, data and reporting processes for equipment supply chain and manufacturing operations.
• Act as a finance business partner for EVP Business Excellence.
• Establish and maintain a unified set of KPIs across all units.
• Deliver consolidated operational financial insights to group management and business areas.
• Coach and support operational and factory management teams to understand financial metrics.
• Drive harmonisation of operations and equipment supply chain finance processes across Hiab locations.
• Ensure robust financial follow-up mechanisms, tracking metrics and post-investment reviews for projects.
• Represent finance expertise in ad-hoc initiatives like location assessments and benchmarks.
