Job summary

Normet Oy is seeking a commercially minded Director, Sales Support & Marketing for the Xrock Business Line. The role drives global sales support, markets strategy, and enablement initiatives to accelerate growth.

Based in Lahti, Finland, with possible other Normet locations, you will work with sales areas, product leaders and supporting functions under the VP Xrock. You will design go-to-market plans, build value-based selling, and lead integrated marketing communications to strengthen brand

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in sales leadership, sales enablement, or B2B marketing.
• Proven ability to translate market insights into initiatives.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and accountability across teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive global sales support in cooperation with sales areas.
• Design and deliver sales training and enablement materials.
• Lead go-to-market planning with sales areas and Business Line reps.
• Develop value-based selling and repeatable processes.
• Create and oversee the Xrock marketing strategy and KPIs.
