Job summary

Metso in Espoo, Finland, invites applications for a Global Process Owner, Record-to-Report (R2R) to own and develop the global R2R process, set standards, governance, and drive automation and data quality across the organization. You will report to the VP Finance Transformation and work in a hybrid setup at one of Metso's major locations.

The role requires deep IFRS knowledge, S/4HANA FI/CO experience, and a proven ability to influence stakeholders while delivering measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance, accounting or economics is required.
• Solid IFRS reporting and group consolidation experience in a multinational.
• Deep S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) knowledge to translate requirements into system changes.
• Proven track record leading global harmonization or finance transformation with measurable results.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across Business Areas and Group Finance.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop Metso's global Record-to-Report (R2R) process, driving standards and governance across the organization.
• Lead automation initiatives and data quality improvements within R2R.
• Collaborate with Group Finance, Market Areas, Business Areas and IT to shape the target state and roadmap.
