Job summary

Metso is seeking a Global Process Owner, Record-to-Report to own and develop the global R2R process, driving governance, standards and continuous improvement across the organization. You will shape the target state and roadmap while advancing automation, AI and data quality in close collaboration with Finance, IT and key stakeholders.

You will report to the VP, Finance Transformation. The role offers hybrid working arrangements and opportunities to lead global harmonization of finance processes.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or equivalent in finance, accounting or economics.
• Strong experience with General Ledger, period-end closing and IFRS reporting in a multinational.
• Deep knowledge of S/4HANA Finance and ability to translate requirements into system changes.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop Metso’s global Record-to-Report (R2R) process.
• Drive governance, standards and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Shape the global R2R target state and roadmap with automation, AI and data quality.
• Collaborate with Group Finance, Market Areas, Business Areas, IT and other stakeholders.
