Neste, the world’s leading producer of renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel, invites applications for a Business Process Development Manager role in Espoo, Finland. You will drive end-to-end Lead-to-Cash process development across Commercial Operations, working with global teams to optimize processes and deploy solutions.

You will collaborate with Business Process Owners, IT architects, and analysts, leading improvements and using data-driven methods.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end development of Lead-to-Cash processes across Commercial Operations.
• Collaborate with global Business Process Owners, Business Development, Information and Data Architects, Process Analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead process improvements, documentation, automation, implementation and deployment across regions and IT interfaces.
