Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide field and remote product support for underground automation systems.
• Support commissioning, demonstrations, and training of customers.
• Collaborate with product line, development, and service teams across borders.
• Resolve technical inquiries and deliver diagnostic assistance.
• Participate in new offering development and customer demonstrations.
