UPM is seeking a Project Management Office Manager to lead cross-functional strategic projects across Finland and Germany. The role can be based in Helsinki or Lappeenranta, Finland, or Leuna, Germany, reporting to the Director Commercial Development.

You will drive governance, reporting, budgets, and cross-team coordination with global exposure. You will facilitate project governance, set milestones, and maintain templates and dashboards while mentoring teams and upholding sustainable,

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years delivering complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders with credibility.
• Strong governance, meeting facilitation and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Commercial acumen and budget awareness.
• Degree-level education; PMP/PRINCE2 is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic projects with timelines and milestones.
• Hold stakeholders accountable with clear ownership and follow-up.
• Run effective project meetings with agendas and decisions.
• Maintain and improve project templates and dashboards.
• Coordinate commercial, technical and leadership functions.
• Report project status with concise dashboards to senior leadership.
• Identify risks and dependencies and drive mitigation.
• Manage budgets and resources, tracking spend vs plan.
