Georg Fischer Ltd. is seeking Head of Portfolio Governance & PMO in Helsinki to establish GF IT’s global portfolio management and project governance.

You will lead a distributed team, align IT strategy with investment decisions and deliver measurable business value. The role requires extensive PMO experience in an international industrial setting, strong leadership, and the ability to implement lean governance and capacity planning across programs.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in portfolio, programme and project management within a complex international industrial organisation.
• Proven ability to translate IT strategy into an integrated multi-year portfolio and set governance standards.
• Strong leadership, coaching and cross-border team development.

Responsabilités

• Own and continuously develop GF IT’s portfolio governance framework, development portfolio and global PMO.
• Prepare portfolio decisions for CIO and governance bodies based on value, risk and capacity.
• Oversee multi-year portfolio roadmap, budgets, delivery performance and value realization.
