Job summary

UPM is seeking a Project Management Office Manager (m/f/d) to lead end-to-end delivery of strategic projects in Helsinki or Lappeenranta, Finland, or Leuna, Germany. You will set timelines, track milestones, escalate risks, and ensure clear ownership across teams.

You will run governance, manage budgets and resources, report to senior leadership with dashboards, and collaborate across commercial, technical, and leadership functions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project management delivering cross-functional projects.
• Experience leading senior stakeholders with credibility and diplomacy.
• Proficient in MS Project, Smartsheet, Excel/PowerPoint; Salesforce is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of key strategic projects end-to-end with timelines and milestones.
• Hold stakeholders accountable and escalate risks early.
• Run project meetings, capture decisions, and drive actions to completion.
• Maintain templates, trackers, and documentation for consistent reporting.
