Job summary

UPM seeks a Manager, Business Accounting and Reporting to lead a team delivering high‑quality accounting and reporting services across several UPM businesses from Tampere, Finland. You will combine accounting expertise with people leadership to drive governance and continuous improvement.

You will partner with Business Control and other stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, efficient processes, and value-added insights, while leveraging SAP, Power BI, and advanced Excel skills.

• Proven leadership and people management skills for high-performing teams.
• Strong change management and coaching capabilities with stakeholder influence.
