Orion Corporation's Global Operations PMO in Finland seeks a Project Manager for a two-year temporary assignment ending 31.12.2028. The role may be based in Turku or Espoo with a hybrid work model and majority office presence.

You will lead technical investment projects within Global Operations, including equipment modernization, facility changes, and product transfers, and drive operational development aligned with project management methodologies.

Qualifications

• Technical university degree or equivalent.
• Proven track record in managing technical investment projects.
• Experience in pharmaceutical production processes / GMP environment.
• Experience in supply chain investment projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
• Excellent teamwork and communication; ability to work with different people.
• Fluent in Finnish and English, both spoken and written.
• Valid work permit in Finland.

Responsabilités

• Creating the business case facilitating business benefits identification.
• Defining the scope schedule and risk management plan.
• Planning the budget and resources.
• Planning and executing projects according to set goals, ensuring they are delivered on time and within agreed scope and budget.
• Utilizing project management tools efficiently in projects and participate in the development of project and portfolio management methods.
• Reporting on projects to steering and decision-making forums and lead active risk management to minimize project risks.
