Job summary

Orion Pharma is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist in Espoo, Finland to translate complex data into clear insights. You will work in the global C&B team with local responsibilities for Finland, shaping compensation, benefits, and reporting practices.

You will develop analyses and benchmarks, own recurring reporting, and contribute to annual compensation and performance processes while collaborating across HR, Finance and country teams.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in compensation and benefits, analytics and reporting, with understanding of compensation and benefits principles and processes.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate large datasets into clear conclusions and practical recommendations.
• Ability to see the big picture while maintaining close attention to detail and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to developing and implementing Orion Pharma’s compensation and benefits concepts, processes and tools.
• Prepare analyses, benchmarks and presentations, translating complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Own recurring compensation and benefits reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely delivery.
• Contribute to annual compensation and performance management processes and other Compensation & Benefits initiatives.
• Help implement job evaluation practices in accordance with Finnish collective agreements and provide practical guidance.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, line managers and external partners across countries and functions.
