Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of full-time experience in senior program or project management roles on large-scale IT or business transformation projects
• Demonstrated experience from large transformation projects in highly regulated industries
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Fluent written and spoken communication skills in both Finnish and English
• Program leadership including governance forum facilitation and decision log management
• Stakeholder management, particularly with senior business stakeholders and C-suite counterparts
• Risk and issue management, including RAID log ownership and escalation handling
• Ability to coordinate workstreams and manage cross-program dependencies
• Experience in regulated or gaming industry environments
• Familiarity with PPM tools and project governance frameworks (e.g., PRINCE2, MSP, PMI)
