Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in S&OP, demand or supply planning.
• Background in paper/packaging environment preferred.
• Advanced degree in SCM, Engineering or Business.
• Proficient in SQL for data extraction and reporting.
• Experience building Power BI data models using DAX.
• Knowledge of ERP/AP systems and planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the S&OP process across horizons.
• Align demand, supply and financial targets.
• Develop and present production outlook using boards.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with Sales, Mills, Planning and Customer Service.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and data quality.
• Support scenario planning and risk management.
• Engage with customers and key accounts to present data.
