Job summary

Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for users via chat, service portal, phone or email.
Investigate and resolve IT issues remotely and gather information as needed.
Advise and guide users in IT services and digital tools.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support teams.
Document investigations and resolutions in the IT service management system.
Share user feedback with internal teams to improve services.
Contribute to maintaining the IT knowledge base and improve processes.
