Job summary

Framery seeks an IT Director to lead the in-house IT function and shape the digital future of Framery from our Tampere HQ. You will own a strategic roadmap, manage a multi-disciplinary team, and act as a pivotal partner to leadership across global markets.

Qualifications

Extensive IT leadership experience in a high-growth, international environment.
Strong understanding of business applications and their role in enterprise architecture.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management in multiple languages.

Strategic Roadmap Ownership: Defining and executing an IT strategy that scales with the business.
Organizational Leadership: Leading and developing a multi-disciplinary IT organization and scalable team structures.
