Qualifications

• Solid experience in IT service delivery in a production or industrial environment.
• Experience or interest in OT environments is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop local IT and OT services to support business operations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders on IT needs and changes.
• Ensure alignment between global IT standards and local needs.
• Drive and coordinate local IT projects and digital initiatives.
• Manage IT service lifecycle from design to operations.
• Coordinate services delivered by internal and external service providers.
• Ensure IT security, compliance, and implementation of Group standards locally.
• Own and manage IT budget, demand, and cost control.
