Framery, a tech-driven pioneer shaping the world’s smartest workplaces, is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to join the team at The Factory in Tampere, Finland. You will power Framery’s smart pods and sensor devices with software and data capture algorithms, contributing to global deployments and real-time digital services.

We value a self-driven mindset with ownership and the ability to make independent technical decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Zephyr RTOS.
• Experience with embedded Linux development across device lifecycle.
• Solid C and Python programming skills.
• Good understanding of networking; MQTT/AMQP.
• Self-directed and capable of independent technical decisions.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Finnish is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Develop software and data capture algorithms for Framery smart pods and sensor devices.
• Join an experienced embedded team and ensure products are intelligent and future-ready.
• Take ownership of your work and validate solutions with the team.
• Be involved from start of projects and impact future smart office solutions.
• Develop an early-stage product used by top clients.
