Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to shape positioning and messaging for our IoT and smart building portfolio. You will translate complex hardware and software capabilities into clear stories that drive adoption and growth.

You will plan go-to-market strategies, develop marketing assets, and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistency across regions. You will enable Sales with compelling narratives and cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience in product marketing, ideally in IoT, smart building tech, or B2B with hardware and software.
• Understanding of how product marketing drives growth and adoption.
• Ability to craft messaging for technical users and business buyers.
• Excellent storytelling and multi-channel messaging skills.
• Experience coordinating with agencies or creative partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across our portfolio.
• Translate complex software and hardware capabilities into clear, compelling stories that drive adoption
• Plan and drive go-to-market strategies for new products and features
• Lead the development of product marketing assets and campaigns, working closely with internal teams and external agencies
• Support global product launches with aligned messaging and execution across regions
• Work closely with commercial teams and regional marketing to ensure consistency and impact across markets
• Enable Sales and partners with materials, training, and clear product narratives
• Build and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competition
• Ensure consistency of product messaging across all channels and regions
• Continuously improve messaging, content, and campaigns based on insights and performance
