Job summary

Metso Corporation in Espoo seeks a Senior Manager, Solutions Sales to drive global sales of minerals processing solutions. You will lead a cross-functional team and collaborate with front-end sales, proposal, product management, engineering and delivery in an international setting.

You’ll report to the VP, Global Solutions Sales and work from Espoo with flexible hybrid options. A strong minerals processing background and proven international project experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in minerals processing or a related technical discipline.
• Strong experience leading sales in minerals processing solutions.
• Proven track record in international projects and cross-cultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote and drive global sales of Metso’s minerals processing solutions with market area reps.
• Define sales strategy, scope, pricing and lead the sales team to meet proposals.
• Oversee timely proposal submittals to maximize sale opportunities.
• Contribute to business development and market intelligence for Metso offerings.
• Collaborate with multiple functions to align efforts and promote solutions.
