Johnson & Johnson IMPO is seeking a Financial Analyst (fixed term contract) to join our Global Finance team in Espoo, Finland. The role focuses on delivering financial excellence across IMPO processes, including intercompany, procure-to-pay, and general ledger activities.

You will collaborate with local IMPO teams, tax, and global stakeholders to ensure compliant, efficient operations and drive continuous process improvements within the Competency Center.

Qualifications

• Business fluency in English (oral & written).
• Self-motivated with ability to thrive in regional/virtual work environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative working style.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of accounting and financial operations for IMPO processes (Intercompany, Procure-to-Pay, General Ledger & Reporting).
• Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and adherence to service models.
• Demonstrate continuous improvement by standardizing processes and driving automation.
• Develop as a Subject Matter Expert for assigned processes and ensure robust documentation.
