Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Financial Analyst (fixed-term contract) in Espoo to deliver financial excellence within the IMPO Competency Center. You will perform diverse accounting operations, collaborate with local and global stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements and automation.

The role requires a commercial finance degree, English fluency, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to thrive in a regional and virtual environment.

Qualifikationen

• Commercial degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
• Business fluency in English (oral & written).

Aufgaben

• Financial Operations: Perform accounting and financial operations for IMPO processes including Intercompany, Procure-to-Pay, General Ledger & Reporting, and more, ensuring policy compliance and supporting audits.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with local and global stakeholders to ensure smooth operations within service models.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for standardization, efficiencies and automation, contributing to new processes with IMPO PMO & Digital teams.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Develop as SME for IMPO processes, ensuring alignment, documentation, and efficient end-to-end activities.
