Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Clinical Consultant for JnJ Medtech Electrophysiology in Finland. You will provide expert technical and product advice, conduct trainings for physicians and EP lab staff, and support clinicians across sites.

The role requires strong clinical knowledge, presentation skills, and the ability to travel 2–3 nights weekly. You will work from a home office in Southern Finland, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional teamwork, regulatory compliance, and ongoing

Qualifications

• Educated to a degree level or equivalent (required), preferably in biotechnical, nursing or scientific.
• Previous clinical/engineering/paramedical experience (preferred).
• Experience within electrophysiology/cardiology (advantage).
• Fluent in Finnish and business level English.
• Good education and presentation skills.
• Strong technical understanding is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical and product advice and training to physicians, EP lab staff, technicians and administrators.
• Identify customer needs and create awareness of JnJ products and solutions; facilitate sales opportunities.
• Coordinate servicing, maintenance, and upgrades of software and hardware with the European Technical team.
• Stay current on IFUs, methodologies, troubleshooting and literature.
• Collaborate with sales and clinical colleagues to grow customer relationships in EP labs.
• Respond to daily requests via email and phone from customers and partners.
• Maintain CRM data, documentation and compliance with safety policies.
• Ensure compliance with local and company regulations.
