Job summary

Konecranes is seeking a Finance Transformation leader to drive global process excellence, technology adoption, and governance across finance applications. You will lead a multinational team, collaborate with Finance Operations, IT, and process owners, and shape the rollout of new finance projects across countries.

The role requires extensive experience in finance transformation, ERP programs, and strong leadership with excellent English communication. Hybrid work in Europe is available.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Finance, Finance Operations, Shared Services, Process Excellence, ERP implementation, or Finance Transformation.
• Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of finance processes and operations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP FI.
• Proven track record in ERP transformations, process harmonisation, shared services, or global finance transformation programmes.
• Experience leading organisational change and driving adoption of new processes and tools.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global team of finance specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Drive adoption of finance processes, systems, and tools across the organisation.
• Act as the bridge between end users, Finance Operations, Global Process Owners, Finance Transformation, and IT.
• Ensure high-quality support, training, documentation, and governance for finance applications and processes.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, identify optimisation opportunities, and enhance user experience through data-driven decision making.
• Support finance process and technology implementations, including new country and company rollouts.
