Responsibilities

• Own Global Installation Performance: Establish the global vision and roadmap for installation excellence and set performance targets and governance.
• Lead Installation Digital Transformation: Drive the transition to digitally orchestrated installation, real-time visibility and data-driven decision making.
• Define the Future Installation Workforce: Shape roles, skills and workforce capabilities for humans and machines.
• Own Safety and Quality by Design: Set global safety and quality standards embedded in methods and tools.
• Lead AI Adoption in Installation: Define AI use in planning and execution, including risk prediction and performance management.
• Success measures (KPI’s): Track safety, quality, productivity, workforce capability and AI-driven outcomes.
