Job summary

Huhtamaki invites a Head of Finance to lead the design, governance and performance of the Principal Company operating model, driving profitability and cross-functional collaboration across a global network. The role requires strong leadership in finance, ERP implementation, and intercompany processes, with a focus on compliance and value creation.

The successful candidate will partner with IT, Global Tax and Global Treasury to enable scalable, efficient operations across regions, including S&OP,

Qualifications

• Extensive finance leadership experience across accounting, reporting, and profitability management.
• Experience with buy-sell and intercompany operating models and transfer pricing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, governance, and performance of the Principal Company operating model.
• Drive scalable, compliant, and profitable operations across regions.
• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and month-end close activities.
• Develop management information systems supporting the operating model.
• Ensure robust VAT compliance, balance sheet integrity, and IFRS reporting.
• Partner with IT, Global Tax, and Global Treasury on system governance.
