Nosto, a global leader in Commerce Experience management, is hiring a Finance & HR Director to shape financial strategy, governance, and people practices across regions. You will report to the CEO and sit on the executive leadership team, driving transformation in finance and HR with a hands-on approach.

The role requires leading a combined Finance & HR function, optimizing SaaS economics, and ensuring compliance across jurisdictions, while leveraging AI to modernize processes.

Qualifications

• Senior finance executive with global SaaS experience.
• HR leadership experience in multi‑jurisdictional environments.
• Strategic thinker with strong communication to leadership and board.

Responsabilités

• Lead global Finance & HR strategy, governance, and operations.
• Oversee accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, and HR ops across regions.
• Align financial and people strategies with business goals.
• Drive automation and use of AI to improve finance/HR processes.
• Manage relationships with board, investors and regulators.
