Job summary

Neste in Espoo or Porvoo seeks a Senior Business Controller to drive financial development for the NOSTE program within Oil Products, Refining Business Finance. You will work with PMO, stream leads and key stakeholders to advance business cases and cost control.

The role emphasizes creating high‑quality analyses, leading development efforts, and promoting AI‑powered financial tools. Fluency in English and Finnish and a collaborative mindset are essential; you will also act as an internal project

Qualifications

Master’s degree in finance or business administration.
Solid business controlling experience with high‑quality business case calculations.
Curiosity and hands‑on interest in modern financial tools and AI solutions.
Strong analytical capabilities to translate operation data into financial insights.
Excellent English and Finnish communication and a collaborative mindset.
Responsible attitude and safety‑oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Act as main Business Finance contact in NOSTE Program toward PMO and stream leads.
Prepare and validate financial business case calculations with stakeholders.
Support NOSTE driven processes, controlling solutions, and improvement items.
Lead development work and adopt new tools for efficiency.
Support AI initiatives as business finance expert and AI Champion.
Act as internal project manager when needed.
