Job summary

insightsoftware is seeking a part-time Junior Controller for Finland, within the EMEA region, reporting to the Director of EMEA & APAC Accounting & Integrations. The role focuses on compliance, statutory reporting, VAT filings, and in-country financial controls.

You will collaborate with the Finland team and our India-based SSG for audits, maintain accurate ledgers, and support treasury and P2P processes. The salary range is 40,000 to 50,000 EUR annually, with base pay and potential bonus

Qualifications

• Experienced accountant with knowledge of treasury, banking and P2P in Finland.
• Ability to communicate freely in English and Finnish, written and verbal.
• Willingness to go beyond day-to-day tasks to unlock challenges.
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and reporting requirements.
• Prepare statutory financial statements and VAT filings.
• Coordinate with business owners and external teams to meet deadlines.
• Support transition of treasury and P2P processes with India-based teams.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis to the Finance team.
