Job summary

Fortum in Espoo, Finland, seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead executive recruitment with a global scope. Based in Espoo, you will work with senior leaders to shape needs, search strategies and selection processes while supporting broader recruitment across Fortum as capacity allows.

You will partner with People leaders, use robust assessment tools, and leverage data to deliver high-quality hiring experiences for candidates and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Academic degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive experience in recruitment, executive search and/or in-house Talent Acquisition.
• Strong expertise in assessment methodology, including structured interviewing and psychometrics.
• Ability to advise, influence and challenge senior stakeholders with credibility.
• Commercial and data-informed approach to recruitment quality.
• Fluency in English and Finnish; experience with modern recruitment systems and AI is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior positions, including market mapping and candidate engagement.
• Partner with senior leaders and People leaders to define needs, success profiles, and search strategies.
• Conduct market mapping, executive search and proactive sourcing to identify senior talent.
• Design and facilitate robust selection processes using structured interviews and psychometrics.
• Provide evidence-based evaluations and trusted decisions throughout selection.
• Manage external executive search partners when needed and contribute to global practices.
