Job summary

Reaktor Group konserni is seeking a Head of Communications and Investor Relations to lead global communications and investor relations for the entire group. You will collaborate with leadership, legal, and finance, shaping messaging and brand awareness while driving strategic communications initiatives.

The role requires strategic thinking with hands-on execution, strong Finnish and English communication, and experience in investor relations for publicly listed companies.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in corporate communications and investor relations.
• Experience with publicly listed companies and MAR/Nasdaq Helsinki rules.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership at a global scale.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global communications strategy including media and investor relations.
• Lead investor storytelling, earnings materials, and press releases in collaboration with Legal and Finance.
• Oversee crisis and incident communications and maintain MAR compliance.
• Collaborate with internal communications and external agencies to amplify brand and reputation.
• Mentor and manage the communications team across regions.
