Job summary

The ideal candidate has domain knowledge in FX or financial markets, experience with APIs and system integrations, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced trading environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in FX products or other financial markets, with strong understanding of business workflows.
• Experience with vendor systems and business requirement gathering.
• Basic coding knowledge or strong willingness to learn AI-assisted development.
• Familiarity with system integrations and technical concepts.
• Professional coding experience.

Responsibilities

• Domain-driven problem solving: Expand FX knowledge to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and architect solutions.
• Automation initiatives: Drive automation projects across the FX platform including AutoFX for customer automation and internal AI-enabled workflows.
• Vendor system management: Work with vendor platforms for market access, liquidity aggregation, order routing, and trading.
• End-to-end ownership: Own solutions from conception through implementation, including documentation and testing.
• Systems thinking: Co-design solutions fitting within the broader architecture and enterprise standards.
• AI-assisted development: Use AI coding tools to design, develop, and implement FX system solutions.
