SEB's Tech Trading FX/MM seeks an Engineering Manager to lead a team of about 12 professionals within Tech Trading FX. You will blend leadership, technology, and business understanding to drive development and maintenance for FX trading.

You will shape the technical roadmap with the Tech Lead and Product Owner, coach engineers, collaborate with business stakeholders, and champion modern technologies including cloud-native solutions, automation, and AI. Fluent English required.
