Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Financial Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and aptitude for complex problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills with both business and technology stakeholders.
• Ability to write clear specifications and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (speaking a Nordic language is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Domain-driven problem solving: Expand your FX knowledge and gather requirements to architect solutions addressing real business needs.
• Automation initiatives: Drive automation across the FX platform using AI tools and modern development practices.
• Vendor system management: Work with vendor platforms for market access, liquidity aggregation, and algorithmic trading.
• End-to-end ownership: Own solutions from conception through implementation, including documentation and testing.
• Systems thinking: Co-design solutions fitting into broader architecture with scalability and maintainability in mind.
• AI-assisted development: Use AI coding tools to design and implement FX system solutions.
