Job Post 1: Supply Chain & Logistics Consultant

• Location: Helsinki, Finland (Nearly daily office attendance required, 4-5 times/week)
• Contract Type: 12-month Try & Hire contract (with the possibility of permanent employment by the end client)
• Start Date: December 2026
• Allocation: 100% (37.5 hours per week)

Role Overview

As a Planning and Fulfilment Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating logistics operations. You will ensure that equipment, spare parts, and battery deliveries move efficiently through the supply chain while maintaining high service levels for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Purchase ordering for equipment and materials.
• Coordinating shipments and transportation activities.
• Monitoring order and delivery status throughout the entire logistics chain.
• Proactively communicating delivery schedules, delays, and updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborating with factories and logistics service providers to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Managing and optimizing inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations.
• Supporting warehouse operations and ensuring inventory accuracy and organization.
• Visiting local warehouse facilities regularly to coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to logistics and warehouse development initiatives.
• Ensuring logistics processes are followed consistently from order placement through final delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, order management, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A systematic and detail-oriented way of working.
• Ability to work independently and proactively identify next steps and required actions.
• Customer-focused mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
