Job summary

Hullu Poro Oy is seeking energetic and skilled restaurant managers for Levi across multiple locations to join our respected customer‑oriented company in the heart of the Levi tourism center. You will be responsible for the daily operational leadership of the restaurant, the quality of the customer experience, and the effective collaboration among staff.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the restaurant industry, as a shift supervisor or similar responsible role.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and leadership skills and the ability to work in a supervisory role in a busy environment.
• Customer-oriented, solution-driven and proactive work approach.
• Good Finnish and English language skills; other languages are an advantage.
• Hygiene and alcohol passes are considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality of service and create excellent customer experiences
• Restaurant concept based tasks
• Monitor sales and profitability and achieve local sales and service targets
• Maintain restaurant safety, hygiene and quality requirements (Hygiene pass and alcohol pass recommended)
• Take care of orders, inventory and material handling in collaboration with the kitchen and purchasing managers
• Onboarding and motivating staff
