Job summary

IPRally is seeking a French-speaking Customer Success Manager to support French-speaking customers across Europe. You will help them adopt IPRally, realize value from the platform, and grow the relationship over time.

Join a collaborative team dedicated to onboarding, training, and enabling customers to achieve success with our AI-powered patent intelligence software. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering while developing expertise in the patent domain.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English, able to conduct meetings in both languages.
• Experience in Customer Success, account management or B2B sales.
• Curious about customers and able to ask the right questions to uncover needs.
• Able to learn a technical product and explain it clearly to users.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and understand their goals and workflows.
• Onboard and educate new customers with training sessions.
• Drive adoption and ensure customers extract meaningful value from IPRally.
• Spot adoption gaps and propose ways IPRally can add value.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to grow existing relationships.
• Act as voice of customer and provide feedback to Product and other teams.
• Become an expert in IPRally, patent domain, and AI tools used.
