Job summary

IPRally, a software company building AI-powered patent search and intelligence tools, seeks a French-speaking Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of French customers across Europe. You’ll help them adopt IPRally, realize value, and grow the relationship over time.

You’ll work with Sales and Product, learn the patent domain and AI tools, and become the go-to expert for customers. This role can be based in Finland, Sweden, Germany or the UK, with opportunities to grow within CS.

Qualifications

• Professionally fluent in French and English.
• Experience in Customer Success, account management, B2B sales or similar role.
• Ability to build relationships proactively and take ownership.
• Curious about how customers work and able to ask good questions.
• Able to learn a technical product and explain it clearly.
• Organised and reliable with follow-ups.
• Interested in growing within Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and understand their goals, workflows, and how IPRally can help them succeed.
• Onboard and educate new customers, including running training sessions and helping users become confident with the platform.
• Drive adoption and ensure customers derive meaningful value from IPRally.
• Identify early adoption issues and opportunities to add value.
• Collaborate with Sales and the wider Customer Success team to grow existing relationships.
• Advocate for customers by sharing feedback with Product and other teams.
• Become an expert in IPRally, including AI tools and the patent domain.
