Job summary

Nordhealth is seeking a Founding Marketer in Spain to build our local market from the ground up while collaborating with our global marketing team. You’ll split time between the Spanish market and global campaigns, reporting to the VP Marketing, and shaping messaging for clinics across channels.

With 1-2 years in a fast-growing SaaS setting, you’ll travel for events and work in a remote-first, international environment that values autonomy and growth.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a B2B or B2C marketing role.
• Native-level Spanish speaker with fluent English.
• Strong initiative, able to work across markets and teams.

Responsibilities

• Build our go-to-market in Spain with the VP Marketing.
• Grow awareness and pipeline through Spain-focused campaigns and events.
• Partner with sales to win deals and inform campaigns.
• Be the voice of Spanish clinics with localized messaging.
• Work on global marketing initiatives and share Spain learnings.
• Take on special projects with the VP Marketing.
