Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Business Manager to promote Foot & Ankle solutions in Finland. You will operate in a field-based role with extensive travel across the country, developing territory and account strategies and acting as a trusted adviser to customers.

You will lead negotiations, deliver on commercial objectives, and collaborate across functions to drive growth while maintaining high standards of customer service and integrity.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma or equivalent experience in business, healthcare or related fields.
• 5+ years of work experience, including sales in MedTech/Healthcare.
• Finnish and English proficiency essential.

Responsibilities

• Own overall sales performance for assigned territories and accounts; drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Lead complex sales opportunities from qualification to close; manage tenders and negotiations.
• Develop and maintain robust territory and account plans and use market insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with clinical, commercial and administrative stakeholders and provide ongoing support.
